The programme asks, from the viewpoint of the arts, what is happening to night-time spaces of production and consumption. Activities under the programme contribute to the on-going debate on urban nights, facilitate artist exchange around the night and explore alternative models for nocturnal cultural economies. The aim of the programme is to facilitate creative, open and participative ways to claim the urban night and to promote debate on night-time economies in the Finnish context.
