Philanthropy

The term ‘philanthropy’ means voluntary gifts from individuals to different charitable causes. Our aim is to promote discussion on philanthropy and raise awareness for it and its related concepts, such as responsible giving and social investment. This topic is highly relevant in Finland with the current debates on the reform of the Finnish Higher Education system.
